Greatest Hits je kompilační album kanadského hudebníka Neila Younga. Vydáno bylo v roce 2004 společností Reprise Records a obsahuje nahrávky z let 1969 až 1992. Jedenáct písní z desky bylo vydáno již na Youngově první kompilaci Decade (1977). Umístilo se na 27. příčce americké hitparády Billboard 200 a v této zemi se stalo zlatým. V některých zemích, včetně Nového Zélandu a Irska, dosáhlo platinového ocenění.
